It means the listing has been connected to and verified by the business owner or an authorised representative. It does not mean INSG1 endorses every product, service or claim made by that business.

Open your business profile and choose the claim option. Follow the verification steps and, once approved, the listing will be connected to your INSG1 account.

Yes. Keeping essential details such as your address, phone number, website and description accurate is free. Additional promotional and reporting features are available through paid plans.

Basic is for keeping your core profile accurate. Enhanced options add features such as social links, statistics and offers. Pro is intended for venues running regular events, while Trade is designed for local tradespeople and customer enquiries. See For businesses for current features and pricing.

Contact us if access needs to be transferred or another authorised person needs help. We will verify the request before changing who controls a listing.

Customers can leave a review through a business profile or a direct review link supplied by the business. Reviews should reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Yes. Businesses can report a review from their account. Reporting does not guarantee removal; the review is assessed against our rules and applicable law.

Events may be supplied by venues, discovered from owner-approved websites and social pages, or obtained from trusted public event sources. Always check the linked organiser page for final details.

Participating businesses can publish offers through INSG1. Some offers can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The business sets the offer terms, availability and expiry date.

One useful INSG1 email each week with local news, events, offers and updates. You must verify your email address before joining and can unsubscribe at any time.
